Our services may include, but are not limited to, floral design for weddings and events, seasonal and locally grown blooms, products created by local artisans, and collaboration with other local businesses for interior design and styled shoots. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when engaging our services. The Plot reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any contract if it is determined that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

Payment terms and pricing for our services will be detailed in our contractual agreement with you. Any additional costs incurred during the course of our services will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. The terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and any associated fees will be outlined in our contractual agreement.

The Plot retains the copyright to all designs and images produced during our services. Clients are granted a personal usage license for the images and designs, allowing them to use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the images or designs requires prior written consent from The Plot.

The Plot is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during our services, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of materials, or personal injury. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of New York, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of New York.
